This gym has changed me! It has changed how I eat, how I feel about myself and has changed me physically. At 50 years old I was two years into menopause and thought the weight gain was something I was going to have to live with. I have never been heavy or struggled with my weight, so to see my body changing had me so self conscious and down on myself. The coaches and members are so encouraging and fun; I never want to miss. The meal plans were the key for me. I thought I knew how to “eat healthy” but the plans lay it all out; you can’t mess it up! I’m down 15 lbs, have more muscle than I can remember and weigh what I did in high school. I love this gym! I’m not sure I could have accomplished my goals without Evolve.

I started my journey at Evolve with the Little Black Dress Challenge, At first I wasn't sure about doing this since I never went to a gym before. I was self conscious about starting at my age and how out of shape I was and how ridiculous I might look not being able to do some of the workouts or even be able to keep up with everyone. Those feelings subsided with the encouragement, motivation, and support of all the wonderful coaches. They challenge you and make you feel you can do hard things. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. I have learned to eat and cook foods I never dreamed I would. I continue to get stronger, have more energy and sleep so much better. I have had wonderful results in such a short time. I'm hooked. The challenge is over but I am just beginning. I joined Evolve and in just 4 months I'm down 29lbs! I would recommend Evolve Fitness, it has changed my life.

Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in our challenges. Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment.
Everyone can benefit from our workouts. Our workouts are tailored for all body-types and fitness levels.
Our workouts are 35 minutes long an include a variety of cardio, strength training, boxing, and more! We focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. Don't worry the workouts are customized to YOUR ability, so each person has their OWN individually designed programs made for THEIR body and THEIR particular needs.
Nope! The groups will always change depending on who books the classes. If you want to always be in the same group of people you just have to coordinate with them to attend the same classes.
Yes you will! Every session has multiple trainers that are fully engaged to ensure you are performing the exercises in a safe manner, while at the same time, motivating you to always give it your best
During your initial consult with your trainer you will discuss your schedule, budget, goals, previous training regiments, and ideal timeframe. From there, you and your trainer will determine if one on one or group training is a better fit for you.
No. Women do not have enough testosterone naturally to obtain the musculature a man might have. While lifting weights does support muscle gain you will in turn look leaner as you burn body fat along the way. Just remember the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. That’s a win win!
